1. Introduction
Welcome to RiverStreamBridge ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") oversee your engagement with our yacht rental services and the website found at riverstreambridge.sbs (the "Service") managed by RiverStreamBridge.
By reserving a yacht or using our Service, you consent to these Terms. Should you reject any segment of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
2. Overview of Services
RiverStreamBridge offers exclusive yacht rental services that comprise, but are not restricted to:
- Yacht hire for the day
- Sunset excursions
- Company getaways
- Exclusive gatherings
- Long-term charters
Our offerings are dependent on availability and meteorological conditions. We retain the right to alter or cease services at our sole discretion.
3. Reservations and Booking
3.1 Booking Procedure
For reservation of a yacht charter, you must:
- Reach the age of majority, at least 18 years old
- Furnish precise and full details
- Remit the compulsory deposit as outlined in your reservation acknowledgment
- Assent to these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
A reservation is only assured once we receive your payment and respond with a written confirmation. We have the authority to reject service to any individual at our own volition.
3.3 Availability
Charters are contingent upon vessel availability and favorable weather conditions. We will try our utmost to accommodate your requested dates and times.
4. Payment Conditions
4.1 Costs
All fees are presented in € and include all relevant taxes unless specified otherwise. Rates are prone to amendment without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Timetable
- Initial Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter is due upon booking
- Final Amount: Payable 48 hours ahead of yacht departure
- Additional expenses (if any): Payable at the conclusion of the charter
4.3 Methods of Payment
We accept primary credit cards, electronic funds transfer, and certified bank drafts. Payment processing is conducted through secure, encrypted platforms.
5. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy
5.1 Cancellations by the Customer
- With more than 72 hours before leaving: Full reimbursement minus administrative fees
- Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: Refund of 50%
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement
5.2 Cancellations due to Weather
Should the weather be deemed hazardous by our captain, we will propose to:
- Reschedule your charter to an alternate available date without additional costs
- Issue a full refund if rescheduling is unfeasible
5.3 Mechanical Complications
In the case of mechanical failures with your specified vessel, we will strive to offer an appropriate alternative. If a substitution is not available, a full reimbursement will be issued.
6. Safety and Behavior
6.1 Safety Protocols
All guests are required to:
- Heed all directives from the crew
- Utilize the safety gear provided when necessary
- Disclose any medical conditions that might impact their safety
- Stay within the designated areas on the vessel
6.2 Forbidden Items
The ensuing items are forbidden on board:
- Glass articles
- Illicit substances
- Firearms or other weaponry
- Exceeding amounts of beverages (beyond reasonable consumption)
- Pets (except if pre-sanctioned)
6.3 Conduct
Passengers must conduct themselves politely. We maintain the right to conclude a charter prematurely without a refund if a passenger's conduct endangers safety or disturbs other clients.
7. Responsibility and Insurance
7.1 Our Responsibility
Our accountability is confined to the payment made for your yacht hire. We are not culpable for:
- Personal harms due to guest neglect
- Theft or destruction of personal belongings
- Indirect, subsequent, or punitive damages
- Delays occasioned by weather or situations outside our sway
7.2 Insurance Policy
We possess inclusive marine insurance that extends over our vessels and operations. Guests bear responsibility for their own travel and personal assurance.
7.3 Risk Acceptance
Engaging in our yacht rental services indicates your understanding that maritime activities carry inherent dangers and you agree to accept accountability for your own safety and welfare.
8. Alterations and Itinerary Divergences
We retain the authority to adjust routes, itineraries, or schedules based on meteorological factors, safety concerns, or operational imperatives. We will make all efforts to propose similar alternative experiences.
9. Force Majeure
We absolve from accountability for hold-ups, cancellations, or modifications stemming from events outside our control, inclusive of but not constrained to:
- Severe meteorological phenomena
- Catastrophes of nature
- Government directives
- Harbor closures
- Technical failures
10. Privacy and Data Security
Your private data is managed in harmony with our Privacy Policy. By soliciting our services, you consent to the accumulation and usage of your details as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our site, encompassing text, visuals, trademarks, and imagery, is safeguarded by copyright and trademark statutes. Unauthorized reproduction, dissemination, or creation of derivative creations is not permitted without our written approval.
12. Jurisdiction
The governance of these Terms is the law of the land in Montenegro. Any legal challenges shall be adjudicated in the courts of Tivat, Montenegro.
13. Terms Revisions
We retain the right to modify these Terms at will. Any revisions will be visible on our website along with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services implies consent to the altered terms.
